Her journey took a pivotal turn in 2021 when threats from armed groups forced Claudia to emigrate to the United States. Despite the challenges of starting anew, she channeled her experience and determination into supporting migrant communities. She began by assisting individuals with immigration documentation and guiding them toward legal regularization, emphasizing the importance of lawful processes for a stable future.
In 2024, Claudia founded “From the Heart,” an organization focused on combating bullying in the U.S. Through this initiative, she works to implement holistic solutions by collaborating with schools, families, and communities. Inspired by both her professional achievements and personal experiences as a mother, Claudia is determined to address the critical issue of bullying with empathy and innovation.
